Your project request data is stored securely in our database (Supabase), hosted on infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL).
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your submitted project request data for up to 24 months to allow us to reference past enquiries and improve our proposals. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate our website and deliver our services:
• Supabase — database and backend infrastructure (supabase.com)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com)
• Vercel / hosting provider — website hosting and CDN
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with any third party beyond what is necessary to operate these services.
Our website may contain links to external sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
Your Rights
